We accept online payments by credit card and Paypal. Our online payment system is secure and encrypts your payment information over SSL. Unless otherwise noted, payment in full is the only way to reserve your space for a class or event. If you need to pay with cash or a check, please come by and pay in person.
We reserve the right to cancel any class or camp with fewer than 4 registered students. If a camp is cancelled for this reason, we will give you a full refund. Camps with fewer than 4 registered students will be cancelled or rescheduled a minumum of 48 hours in advance of the first session.
Our refund policy is as follows:
2 weeks or more before the class begins – We will refund all of your payment minus a $20 processing fee.
less than two weeks before the class begins – we will refund 50% of your payment.
After the class begins – we will not refund your payment unless you can find another student to take your student’s place.
