Montana Homeschool Law

If you plan to homeschool a child between the ages of 7 and 16 in Missoula County, you are required to fill out the Intent to Homeschool form. You might also choose to complete this form for students who under or over the required age. These forms can be used to verify that you are homeschooling your child and may help when trying to prove a four year course of study for a home schooled high school graduate. Please download these forms and complete them prior to October 1, if possible.
